Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Analysis in Risk Management using MS Excel 2016 (IAJ Event)

Joining Dr. Mohammad Ichsan, Dipl.,-Ing., MT, PMP, PMI-SP, MCP‘s presentation of Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Analysis in RIsk Management using MS Excel 2016 at Ikatan Alumni Jerman (IAJ) on 10 November 2018. I was happy to support during the presentation and it was amazing to know what you can do with MS Excel for perfoming both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis. We were shown how to create Bubble Chart for qualitative risk analysis and also to do Monte Carlo simulation for quantitative risk analysis. It was all worth it to join the event.

 

PMP Study Group 1st Session

Glad that we finally kicked-off our very first PMP Study Group session on 6 November 2018 at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Our topic was Project Integration Management, it started with brain-dump all 7 processes, then did 20 questions, and ended with discussing the answers.

My Presentation at 93rd OMM (PMI Indonesia Chapter)

Thank you to PMI Indonesia Chapter for giving me the opportunity as speaker, to share my experience of managing projects at Ministry of Finance on 31 October 2018 at the 93rd OMM (Open Membership Meeting). It was a great experience and will definitely motivate me to give more back to the community.
