It was fun to give MS Project 2016 training to Hutama Karya. We learned that, before we develop the schedule, it is necessary to define the total scope of the project as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and that there are important steps to follow: to map WBS to Task in MS Project, to baseline the schedule, and then, we will be able to do Earned Value Analysis and finally to view the S-Curve.
I hope what we have learned and practiced from 3-day training (29-31 July 2019 organized by Bangun Energi) can be applied and it is crucial to have a pilot project to which all the best practices can be implemented properly. Good luck, guys!
