Agility for Transformation and Strategy Office (TSO) of CIMB Niaga

It was an honor to me to have the opportunity to share and discuss about Agile for the whole directorate of Transformation and Strategy Office (TSO) of Bank CIMB Niaga on last Saturday, 21 September 2019 in cooperation with PT Sinergi Daya Mitra.

It was only an half-day event but the audience was having fun learning Agile through playing a number of games where they learned the Agile mindset, its values, leadership, and self-organized team. Those are foundation of agility and a great starting point for transformation at Bank CIMB Niaga.

Thanks to Pak Hendra Lembong as Chief Transformation Officer of Bank CIMB Niaga for giving this opportunity and I hope the transformation will be a huge success.

Book Discussion with Prof. Rhenald Kasali

On 11 September 2019, I was lucky enough to reserve a seat on a book discussion of “#MO Series on Disruption” with Prof. Rhenald Kasali as the author (thanks for signing my book, by the way.) His latest book is about how technology disruption affects conventional business practice which forces many established industry to figure out a new strategy or otherwise it may threaten their business sustainability.

In the event, I also had the chance to ask Prof. Rhenal Kasali’s opinion in regard of how agile practice could be the answer in the disruption era, and particularly how the second adminisration of our President responds this era by choosing the right candidates with agile character to head every ministry. (See Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpmpxci0WCE&t=6s)

Thank you Prof. Rhenald Kasali for sharing to us to your thoughtful perspectives through book discussion. Looking forward for your next events!
