Thanks to Pak Komang Wirawan as the Chairman of Ikatan Alumni Jerman (IAJ) for inviting me to the “Hannover Messe 2020 Kick-Off and Press-Conference” on 3 October 2019 in Hotel Indonesia Kempinski. Some prominent figures were there giving statements:
- Airlangga Hartarto (Indonesia’s Minister of Industry)
- Thomas Lembong (Chairman of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board – BKPM)
- Dr Jochen Köckler (Chairman of the Managing Board, Deutsche Messe)
- Peter Schoof (German Ambassador to Indonesia)
I am extremely proud of the fact that Indonesia has been selected as the official partner country (tagline “Making Indonesia 4.0”) for Hannover Messe 2020, which is the world’s largest exhibition for industrial technology and will take place on 20-24 April 2020, in Hannover, Germany.
I hope the huge potential of Indonesia can be more apparent to the world!
