PMP Study Group 1st Batch Closing Ceremony

We had our closing ceremony of the first batch PMP Study Group held at Lintasarta on 26 February 2019 with Pyramids Quiz. It was really really fun with lot of laughter, donuts, and pizzas for sure!

If we look back, it has been a long, long journey. It started from 8 November 2018 and ended on 26 February 2019 (4 months!). Some people come and some people go, at the end of the day what really matters is your consistency and persistence during the remaining to day until your biggest day. Congratulations to Pak Teja for winning the award (IDR 500,000) as the MVP (most valuable participant) during our study group. I hope to see you all very soon with your new PMP title!

I will arrange for the second batch of the PMP Study Group. If you are interested, let me know!

PMP Study Group 10th Session

Finally, we have completed the last knowledge area of PMBOK Guide 6th Edition which is Project Stakeholder Management on 20 February 2019 at Lintasarta. The road afterwards until the exam day will be tougher and I hope I can still accompany the PMP aspirants and in the meantime I will arrange for the second batch of study group. Good luck guys!

PMP Study Group 9th Session

Project Procurement Management could be really tough, although there are only three processes in PMBOK Guide 6th Edition. This can be the case since not every project manager is in charge to procure to other party or the processes can be different from one organization to another. Nevertheless, one knowledge area is left because we had our 9th session of PMP Study Group on 13 February 2019 at Deloitte Indonesia.

Workshop WBS with Niometrics Indonesia

As part of the PMO Setup project at PT Niometrics Technologies Indonesia, we were creating the scope baseline by breaking it down into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), which in turn will become the input for developing the project schedule baseline. Hence, there will be no more re-inventing the wheel, no more re-creating a new scope baseline, and they will work more productive in an efficient way. Great job, guys!

Agile Lean Coffee at OMM 95

Really glad to attend OMM 95 held by PMI Indonesia Chapter on 21 January 2019. Pak Amin Leiman, PMP Shodan as the speaker brings a lot of fun (with some Karate) and excitement presenting “Agile Lean Coffee”.

Thank you Pak Amin for sharing your experience (especially your food hunting experience back in Manila) and knowledge in Agile world, as well as the philosophy behind Agile (ritual, open communication, trust, inspect & adapt, etc.).
